Dinner tonight...
Prepped it all last night in the crockpot, put in fridge, woke up, take out of fridge, start crockpot, go to church, come home. Dinner's ready:)

Startling to think it was 4 years ago you were in the hospital with my little godson! Beautiful reflection (and on the feast day of St. Makarios :) ) And I can't believe little P is going to be 4 next month! Yikes!
